Our hospital is located in Provo, Utah. We are a free-standing, inpatient rehabilitation hospital serving patients in Utah and some areas of Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, and Nevada.
We are a member of Ernest Health, a network of rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals. We are managed locally to best meet the needs of our own community. Ernest Health hospitals share information, knowledge, and resources so they can continually evaluate and improve the delivery of care to their patients.
